Parenting Evaluations / Social Investigations

Our trained professionals can evaluate whether or not a person is fit to be a parent and make recommendations in order to help that person be ready for parental duties.  The basic parenting evaluation can be completed in just a couple of hours here in our confidential environment. Some court-ordered parenting evaluations require time for testing if required by the court to rule out specific issues.

Social investigations can be completed to help determine for the court what parental environment, home, school district, etc. would be in the best interest of the child. Social investigations typically require parental and child interviews as well as home visits.

Cost:

We are the most affordable provider anywhere in Central Florida for parenting evaluations and social investigations.  The price includes the initial assessment time, any required follow up, and the written report with diagnosis if applicable.  The report follows the format provided within the Florida Statutes to help determine what is in the best interest of the child(ren). The actual client session time it takes to complete a parenting evaluation is normally 4 hours.  Social investigations take considerably longer and require an upfront retainer. Most social investigations take between 10-20 hours of billable time.
