We offer both 60 & 90 minute massage sessions, specializing in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports Massage, Cranial-Sacral, Detox Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and other techniques.

Many see massage as a luxury. In today’s world of constant hustle and bustle we are always “on.” It’s the talking, texting, blogging, just to name a few. These add to the constant bombardment of advertisements on TV, radio, billboards, and even human advertisements spinning banners on corners. Our bodies utilize energy for our conscious and unconscious activities alike. Whether we are aware or not these simple things affect our body systems leaving us hyper-aware. Our energy stores need to be managed well. If we aren’t refueling properly with diet, exercise and rest, we can decrease the viability of our bodies’ ability to manage stress.
